To engage in a business is to get involved in the different facets of it, facets that would lead your business to a lot of good clients. For a company to satisfy customer needs, they should feature great customer service, quality products, excellent advertisements, etc. And in order to be known worldwide, some companies engage in Blogging.
Blogging can be divided into two areas: internal blogging and external blogging. Internal blogs are written to be accessed via the company’s intranet. Thus, only the employees can access it. It is usually used for meetings and forums regarding work. External blogging, on the other hand, are written for the general public. This of course includes articles and/or videos that promote the company to its target market. But just like any factor in business, blogging has its own pros and cons.
