Making your clients pay on time is not an easy task. In the first place, it has to be done in such a way that would not turn them off, just like what annoying collectors do when they go to your doorstep and insist things. Nor can it be done too softly and sweetly that you’d end up giving them the impression that it’s perfectly fine if they always pay up late.
But how can we really assure that they would pay on time? Okay, let me tell you.
1) Move fast.
If you want to get paid on time, you have to make sure that your processes are done quickly but accurately. If a service or product has been completely given to the client, then bill them immediately and ensure that that entire process is fast as well. Besides, your clients may be too busy so you have to catch up with their pacing.
