Scientifically, stress is described as our body’s reaction to certain changes in our life that lead to burdensome situations. The typical kind of stress that we know of is distress, the bad stress. This type of stress is often the result of a heavy workload, demanding schedule, troublesome situation, and complicated relationship. However, the good news here is that there are several techniques which you can employ to turn distress into eustress, the good kind of stress.
