St. Francis Square Mall and Mandaluyong City Gov’t jointly build Ortigas Center’s newest footbridge

St. Francis Square Group of Companies President Mr. Luke C. Roxas, together with Mandaluyong Mayor Hon. Benhur Abalos, has recently initiated the construction of Ortigas Center’s newest footbridge. Located at the corner of Bank Drive and Julia Vargas Avenue, the project is nearing its completion as the Holiday season fast approaches. In anticipation of the Christmas shopping rush, Mr. Luke C.
