How Management Can Incorporate the Company's Mission and Vision | Luke Roxas
Management defines how things are supposed to run in a company. Managers want to keep the status quo. Leaders, however, keep changing things. Problems occur when management has problems adapting changes to its existing systems. Leaders change things because they feel that the company is no longer in line with its mission and vision. In order to keep the relationship between leadership and management a harmonious one, managers create a system that allows the company to move towards its mission and vision.
Leaders determine the company’s mission and vision. They set the direction and the expected behavior for the entire organization. Managers set the guidelines, procedures, and systems that ensure the company runs in accordance with its mission and vision. A company needs both leaders and managers working together if it hopes to succeed in its chosen field.

Exaggeration aside, keeping customers’ trust and loyalty is very important. Managing them properly for a business’ survival is even more vital. This is where CRM or customer relationship management enters center stage. It entails all aspects of interaction that a company has with its customer, whether it is sales or service-related. Here are tips for an effective CRM:
1. Maintain an updated customer profile

Luke Roxas Proud of Success Stories from St. Francis Square Mall Tenants | Luke Roxas
Great Income All the Time!
St. Francis Square is the ultimate place for shoppers as this mall offers a lot of things! There are bags, shoes, clothes, cellphones, and DVD’s. You can find everything here. A great place for shoppers is even a greater place for entrepreneurs like me. I started my ‘fashion business’ not so long ago here at St. Francis Square. I was very optimistic. I have to say that the first few months were the hardest because I have to gain and maintain my customers. So, kapag tumatawad sila go lang. Mas okay yung may pera kaysa mag walk away ang customer ko. Because I think it’s better to sell my products rather than mabulok sila sa isang tabi.
Being a tenant at St. Francis Square is a challenge because you have so many competitors and you should think of ways on how to make your ‘negosyo’ stand out among the rest. Ang unang dapat tandaan is QUALITY. Nothing beats a product that is of high quality. Second is AFFORDABILITY. Don’t be selfish. You also have to take into consideration yung budget ng inyong customers. You definitely can’t earn if your price tags are too high.
